Order Processes

Upon purchase, your order status will be set to PROCESSING

1. PROCESSING - in this stage, give us at least 2 Business days to verify and authenticate your credit card purchase.It is also in this stage that we will prepare your shipment. We will contact your if problems arise with your order.
2. Upon confirmation, your order will be sent Immediately. If confirmation and authentication falls on a non-bussiness day, orders will be sent the next available business date

The UPS woldwide Expedited will be the main service to be used.

Upon the customers request, a tracking number from UPS can be sent to view the progress of the shipment.

Shipping terms

All shippments are declared as an FOB(Free on board) shippment. This means that you will be responsible for.payment of the shipment as we don't require you upon payment of goods.
You will be asked by the courier for payments upon arrival at of the shippment at the destination address.

These payment will include all duties and import taxes that your country/state requires.

Returns

We will not honor returns of sold items which are found to be in good condition upon arrival
